Counter, ledger, website — one operation.
POS & ERP System
POS & ERP on Dropzawy is one register, one stock ledger, and a website channel that writes the same orders. Restaurant and coffee shop packs are live; other vertical packs are coming.
Use this when the business sells at a counter and still needs a public site. A walk-in ticket and a website order are the same operations record. Stock moves on a ledger — you do not type a new number and call it inventory.
The register is not a separate app that forgets the website.
Creation opens 15 Sep 2026. Restaurant and coffee shop are the live packs.
What this system is
Most “POS” tools stop at the counter. Dropzawy’s POS & ERP type is the counter plus the books plus a public channel. A sale at the register writes an order. A sale on the site writes an order. Stock is not a field you overwrite; it moves when items are sold, received, or wasted according to the pack.
That is why we talk about a ledger. If you “set stock = 40” in a spreadsheet every morning, you do not have operations. You have a guess. This type is for teams that need the guess to stop.
Restaurant and coffee shop first
Live vertical packs today are restaurant and coffee shop. Each pack has its own floor language — tickets, stations, receipts — without mixing the two menus. Other packs stay on the roadmap.
You choose the pack at signup. You cannot switch it later from the dashboard. That is intentional: kitchen flow is not a theme you flip.
New POS/ERP sites cannot be created on production until 15 September 2026. The type stays visible on Dropzawy so operators can read the model and be ready.
Website as a channel, not a second business
The public site is not a separate catalog you babysit. It is another place the same items can be ordered. Counter and web share the operation so you do not reconcile two systems at midnight.
If you only needed a product grid and ads, use Dropshipping or Online Store. If you only needed a company brochure, use a Business site. POS is for people who ring a sale and must see stock move.
What you get
- A register that writes the same orders as the website channel
- Stock on a ledger instead of a number you type over
- Restaurant and coffee shop packs live; more verticals later
- Receipts, tickets, and floor language that match the pack
- One Dropzawy login for the operation — not a side POS from another vendor
Best if you sell at a counter and need the website to be the same business, not a second app.
Not this if you only needed a catalog storefront or a company brochure with no register.
