What is Dropzawy?

Dropzawy is the hosted store platform for merchants in Egypt and MENA. You get a storefront, dashboard, payments, and WhatsApp tools without installing apps.

Create your store

Open Sign up and choose how you will sell. This choice sets catalog, shipping, and coupons.

Choose a store type

Pick Dropshipping to launch without buying inventory. Products come from the Shopzawy catalog. You set markup. Suppliers ship.

Dropshipping

Import from the Shopzawy catalog

Open Products in a dropshipping store and browse the Shopzawy catalog. Import the items you want to sell.

Set your dropshipping markup

Markup is your margin on catalog products. Keep it high enough to cover ads and failed COD, but competitive.

How dropshipping orders fulfill

After checkout, confirm COD or paid orders in the dashboard. The supplier receives what they need to ship.

Online Store

Sell your own products

Add products one by one or import a CSV. Set variants, images, and inventory counts.

Import products with CSV

CSV import is for Online Store only. Dropshipping stores use the Shopzawy catalog instead.

Coupons and discounts

Coupons are available on Online Store. Dropshipping keeps catalog pricing intact.

Products & catalog

Add and edit products

Every product needs a title, price, and at least one image. Add Arabic and English if you sell both languages.

Organize collections

Create a collection, add products, then place it on the homepage or header.

Track inventory

Enable inventory on each product or variant. The storefront hides or marks sold-out items when stock hits zero.

Orders & payments

How payments work

Customers pay with the methods you enable: cards, mobile wallets, and COD where you allow it.

Manage orders

New orders appear in Orders. Confirm COD before you spend on shipping.

When you get paid

Card and wallet money settles through the payment provider you connected.

Shipping

Shipping zones in Egypt

Open Shipping and add areas (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and the rest). Each area can have its own fee.

Couriers and delivery

Print or copy the customer address from the order. Hand the parcel to your usual courier.

Domains & SSL

Connect a custom domain

Every store gets a free subdomain: yourslug.dropzawy.com.

SSL and HTTPS

We provision HTTPS for the Dropzawy subdomain and for verified custom domains.

Billing & plans

Plans, trials, and limits

New accounts can start a trial without a card when the newcomers trial is on. Plan trials may apply when you subscribe.

Invoices and receipts

Open Billing to see the current plan, trial end, and payment history.

Themes & design

Change your theme

Themes live under Appearance. Preview before you publish so the homepage and product page match your brand.

Homepage and content pages

Edit homepage blocks from the dashboard for the active theme.

WhatsApp & COD

Confirm COD on WhatsApp

Enable WhatsApp commerce from the dashboard. Use the number customers already write to.

Recover abandoned carts

Open the store overview or Growth board. Abandoned carts list who left items behind.

If you run stores for clients, open Agencies and send the contact form. Our team follows up.

Account & security

Team access and sessions

Invite teammates from the dashboard instead of sharing your password.

Pause or delete a store

To stop charges, manage the plan from Billing or ask support to pause the subscription.
